We needed a more versatile vehicle and when researching the web, came across a used 2012 jeep at Lithia Nissan of Ames Dealership and liked what we saw. So that Saturday we decided to go and take the vehicle for a test drive, we drove it and really liked it. We worked with a gentleman by the name of Lee, he was very friendly and worked very hard for this deal to happen. We did have a trade in vehicle, and I cannot say enough about the trade in package they gave us, it was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone there were very nice and helpful, even when they had to stay after working hours to complete the paperwork. We drove home with that jeep that evening and are very happy with it. Lee and some of the other staff made this happen for us. In my humble opinion, if you are searching for a friendly, and decent place, where they are happy and willing to work with you to get you the vehicle you would like (new or used) I would stop by and speak with Lithia Nissan of Ames. We had a very good experience with them and will go there for our next vehicle as well.

My family members have had good luck with Nissans (they run forever), so I dropped into this dealership with questions on leasing. Randy met me at the front door, and answered all of my questions. Mainly, could I afford to do this? I was comfortable with my current car, but it had a lot of miles and memories of my ex-husand attached to it :( Everyone, absolutely everyone, was so friendly even though they had to stay after hours to complete my paperwork. Needless to say, I drove home a brand new Nissan Altima in the color Java. It's gorgeous and I can't believe it's mine. Randy and the rest of the staff made it happen for me, so if you want a beautiful car at a beautiful price, go see them!
